Refund and Exchange Policy

  We do not provide refunds but we will do exchanges for some products.  

  In-store regular price purchases which are in original packaging are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that they are unopened.

  
  The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged:   

• Personal Hygiene Products (bath and body products, etc.)  
• Bulk refills  
• Products sold at a discount of ≥25%
