Savon de Marseille has been made in the traditional French way for 600 years, and there are only four authentic Marseille soap factories in France and the one we have is from one of these factories. This all vegetable-oil soap is well-known for being very mild and good for all skin types.

Available in Unscented or Lavender Cubes.

Uses:

For washing hands, face, body and hair. It is also used for hand laundry, especially for stain removal.

Ingredients:

Olive oil, potash, water.

How to Use:

Wet your hands and rub on the soap to lather. 

Keep this soap dry in a soap dish, and away from pools of water or the shower.

We offer the diluted mixture, ready to use in a spray bottle, or the concentrate which can be diluted with up to 4 liters of water.

Diluted Spray: Spray on wood, plastic, marble, leather, glass. Wipe with a cloth.

Diluted Antiseptic: Concentrate: Contents is enough to dilute with 4 liters of water.

 Mention Aleppo soap to someone from the Mediterranean or Middle-East and they will instantly recognize it as a wonderfully mild and versatile soap. Authentic Aleppo soap is still made the traditional way in Aleppo itself.

This hard soap is handmade from olive oil and lye, which are basic and traditional soap making ingredients, with the addition of laurel oil. After boiling olive oil and lye for three days, laurel oil is added at the end, and the thick liquid soap is poured over waxed paper on the factory floor to allow it to harden and cool, resulting in the characteristic rough surface of these soaps.

This soap is biodegradable since it is made from only natural oils.

Ingredients:

Olive oil, laurel oil, lye, water.

Uses: 

As a mild soap, it can be used for personal care such as face and body washing, shampooing, and even on babies. Laurel oil is also an effective cleanser and is anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-itching.
