COVID-19 - The refillery is unavailable. We are now doing Home deliveries WITH PRE-FILLED jars

 1. What is a refillery?

You bring your own containers and fill them up with our products. You pay according to the weight of your container. 

DUE TO COVID19,  WE PRE-FILL ALL BULK PRODUCTS WITH STERILIZED CONTAINERS.

2. How does it work? 

Before you fill up a container we weigh each one of them. 

After you have filled up your container, it's weighed again.

You are charged based on the weight of the product you purchased (minus the weight of the container itself).

3. What if I did not bring my own containers?

We carry have a selection of containers for sale in the store. 

4. Where are your products from?

We source our products from locally manufacturers. 

Most products are from the Lower Mainland. However we also source merchandise from other parts of  British Columbia, and Canada.  We also have some unique products sourced from overseas.

5. Are you products good for the environment?

Our products are from suppliers who use eco-friendly ingredients and materials. 

4. What are some of the other products you sell?

Right now, we are focused on cleaning products. In future, we will carry bamboo toothbrushes, reusable feminine and baby-care. We will continually be looking to source more zerowaste products. (Please get in touch if you would like me to sell your product!)

5. Can I buy any of your products online?

Currently we do not support online orders and shipping. We may support that in the future. Stay tuned!

6. Do you do delivery?

We deliver for free with a minimum order value of $50 CAD. Otherwise we have a $10 delivery fee. From May to June 2020, we have an opening special where we provide free delivery on a minimum order of $30!
